Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Final sale/clearance items (if marked non-returnable)

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase

Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Tanz is not responsible for lost return parcels.

• Delivery takes 2–5 working days across the UK
• Free shipping on orders over £50
• £8 standard delivery fee for orders below £50
